Learning progress, performance data, attendance, and activity records.
c. Technical Information
IP address, device type, browser, and usage data.
d. Payment Information
Billing details processed securely via third-party gateways.
A push-notification token (via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send app notifications, if you enable them.
A user account identifier used to recognise your account across the app and website.

3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with:
- Schools/educators for academic purposes
- Trusted service providers (hosting, analytics)
- Legal or regulatory authorities when required
- We share data only with processors acting on our behalf: Supabase (authentication, database, hosting), Google Firebase (push notifications), Razorpay (payments on our website), and Vimeo (video lesson streaming).
Advertising
The Hashtag Education app and website contain no third-party advertising. We do not use the device Advertising ID, and the Android app explicitly removes advertising-ID access. We do not track users across other apps or websites for advertising.
