How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Hashtag Education account and the data associated with it, email marketing@hashtageducation.in from the phone number or email registered on your account, with the subject ‘Delete my account’. We verify the request and process it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account
- Profile details (name, phone, email)
- Learning progress and scores
- Your notification (push) token
What may be retained
Records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons (for example, payment and invoice records from purchases made on our website) — kept only for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
Requesting partial deletion
You can also ask us to delete specific data without deleting your whole account by emailing the same address: marketing@hashtageducation.in.
